An important early milestone
Today, we completed Tomato's first 1,000 real conversation tests.
This is not an exaggerated number, but for a product still in its early stage, it is a meaningful milestone. It means Tomato is beginning to be judged less by whether we think it works internally and more by whether real users actually want to keep using it.
What these 1,000 conversations tell us
Through this round of real testing, we gained a much clearer view of:
- How users actually use Tomato
- Which issues have the greatest impact on the experience
- Which capabilities are worth continued investment
- Which areas should be prioritized for improvement rather than expansion
Why this matters
The value of an AI product is not determined by a single demo. It is shaped and corrected through a large number of real interactions.
Completing 1,000 real conversation tests means Tomato is beginning to gain a much more reliable basis for iteration.
What's next
Our next priorities will be:
- Continued stability improvements
- Refinement of the most important experience issues
- Strengthening the engineering foundation for more mature releases and commercialization
