A milestone more important than the number itself
Today, we completed service delivery for Tomato's first paying users.
The importance of this moment is not only that we now have paying users. More importantly, it proves something deeper: Tomato is now capable of moving beyond iterative product development into real service delivery.
What this shows
Completing delivery for our first paying users means we have begun connecting the full chain of:
- Product capability
- Service plans
- User onboarding
- Actual delivery
- Ongoing support
That means Tomato's commercialization is no longer just a plan. It is beginning to operate on a real foundation.
Our view
Whether a product can become a company-level business is not decided by its version number. It is decided by whether people can actually buy it, receive it, and use it.
Delivering to our first paying users is the first clear answer to that question.
What's next
We will continue improving delivery efficiency, service quality, and product stability in preparation for broader user adoption.
