Tomato Service Migration Notice

Tomato will discontinue its standalone public model service. Moving forward, we will focus on TomatoClaw deployment and service plans, providing unlimited access to Tomato v1.3 as part of a fully managed agent infrastructure.

Formal service migration notice

Today, we are officially publishing a service migration notice for Tomato.

Going forward, Tomato will no longer offer a standalone public model service.
From this point on, we will focus the business fully on the following two service categories:

  • TomatoClaw deployment services
  • TomatoClaw service plans with unlimited access to Tomato v1.3

Why we made this decision

Over the past period, we have continued to validate two product paths:

  • Standalone public model services
  • Dedicated agent deployment and hosting services

In the end, we concluded that the second path is more aligned with Tomato's long-term value.

Compared with simply providing model access, helping users own, deploy, and operate AI agents over the long term creates stronger product differentiation, more durable service relationships, and a clearer long-term growth path.

How existing users will transition

For current users of Tomato's standalone model service:

  • Any remaining service time will be transferred on an equivalent basis into TomatoClaw services
  • Existing chat history will be preserved
  • Chat history will be synchronized into the corresponding TomatoClaw service experience

We want this transition to be as smooth as possible and to avoid creating extra usage friction for existing users.

What this means for Tomato's next stage

Tomato is evolving from a product that provides model capability into a service platform that helps users truly own AI agents.

Thank you to everyone who supported Tomato in its early stage.
In this next stage, we will continue working to make the product more stable, more valuable, and more worth using over the long term.
