Tomato v0.2 Release

We officially released Tomato v0.2, marking Tomato's transition from early validation into a more developed stage of product iteration.

Tomato v0.2 is now live

Today, we officially released Tomato v0.2.

Compared with earlier versions that focused primarily on rapid fixes, v0.2 is a more meaningful stage-based release. It marks Tomato's transition from early capability validation into a clearer phase of product development.

What v0.2 represents

This release is not just about patching and optimization. It is a more systematic step forward:

  • We have incorporated early feedback more comprehensively
  • The product experience is beginning to form a more coherent direction
  • Model behavior and the engineering foundation are starting to evolve together

Why we moved to v0.2 now

After several rounds of testing, one thing became clear to us: Tomato should not remain just a bundle of model capabilities. It should steadily become a product that can be iterated, delivered, and used in real scenarios.

v0.2 is the first clear milestone in that direction.

What's next

We will continue shipping updates at a high cadence, but future versions will place greater emphasis on stage-based progress rather than issue fixing alone.
